Pickering Wedding

I had such a fun time making two of my favorite people Michael & Noelle's wedding cakes. They are such a blessing to have as friends. The wedding was a blast!

First Wedding Cake

My great friend Mallory approached me a while back and asked me to make her wedding cake. I was honored and really nervous. I wasn't sure if I could pull it off, but I definitely wanted to give it a try. I have to start somewhere! I really don't know what I was worried about everything turned out great. I loved the design and the way it turned out. So I've officially done my first wedding cake. My other really great friends from college are getting married in March and asked me to do their wedding cake too! I'm excited it should be really fun!

Engagement Cake

My best friend Ashley's mom called me at 12am to come over to decorate this cake! It was really fun we stayed up til about 2am or so. Good times. The cake was for Ashley's friend who had just gotten engaged!

My friend, Greg, had a birthday so Lacey and I were excited to make a surprise birthday cake. After taking into consideration all his interests we came up with a great idea. Greg loves the outdoors, sleeping outside, fires, and math (he's a math major). So I had the vision of him sleeping outside and dreaming of math equations. It turned out so cute. Definitely one of my favorite cakes because it's so creative and unique to Greg.

Kathy called me and asked me to make her son, Jeff, a birthday cake because she couldn't be there for his birthday so of course I agreed. Jeff was going to Kenya soon so she wanted me to recreate the Kenyan flag. He is also really into politics so Jeff's brother thought I should make him a political cake! He was really surprised and loved them!
